Woke up close to 6am this morning. Some man kept coughing – I could hear. Same birds chirping, which sounded like a car alarm. Did have some head pain. Went back to sleep. Woke up around 8:30 am. Noticed head hurt inside my room especially. Went downstairs and noticed it felt better in kitchen and bathroom – both have a lot of ventilation. Left for beach with [friend]. Was worried about headache, but felt fine at the beach. We sat out in the sun from 1-3 pm. Had lunch around 12 or 12:30 I guess? Drove from 11 am on? Odd that I did not notice headache sitting in sun all day; no beach umbrella; just a visor on. Came home, immediately felt headache. Come to think of it, it’s been like this since I came back from Boston… My head pressure feels so tight sometimes.

On Friday, June 22nd around 10 pm right at the time my mother came up to sleep I began hearing low frequency bass-sounding noises – they were rhythmic, not like a hum (continuous hum from electronics). It was making my head hurt – I could feel the pressure building and my temples hurt. I could feel it in my head – the noise I mean. The noise was not audible in the way that music really can be heard. It was very low.
At around 11:40 pm, I got a little annoyed so I went outside. As soon as I opened the door a crack, a white young man (in his 20s) began quickly walking down the street on the opposite side talking on his phone. I came out of the house and looked down the block towards where he came from and saw a bunch of guys probably 5-6 get out of a car. Some went into other cars parked. They were in their 20s it seemed. Then my neighbor across the street walked down the sidewalk and waved at me. I ignored him. He continued to say hello. I smiled and kept walking down the street.
I later turned and walked back and went up our driveway and heard a higher pitch noise that seemed to be coming from the direction of my next door neighbor’s house. I could still hear the lower pitch noise from within my own house, but not outside. The higher pitch noise could be heard outside, as well.
I woke up this morning with a headache and earache. I could even still feel vibrations in my ear.
